Beth Pierson
  

     Beth joined Keller Williams in 2004. Since that time she has held several positions culminating in the position of Team Leader. She feels blessed to be working with a stellar staff and ownership. “We are all one big team where everyone is just as important as the other.”

       As a trainer, she brings her energy, insight, systems and processes to the associates. Teaching them that success in our industry is by design and teaching the habits and disciplines that every successful associate needs to possess.

As a coach, she brings her experience, ability to listen, and focus on the careers of the growing associates. Watching their careers very carefully and systematically helping them reach the next level.
 
As a Servant Leader, she understands Mega Agents are in need of tremendous support and great relationships that they can trust. She listens to their plans, dreams and goals, helping them develop a plan and holding them accountable to their own standards. She supports them with our MREA Systems while helping them build a dynamic team that supports their individual business.
